The MyFarm Story
The MyFarm platform was created by farmers for farmers. Farmers who led the way on their own multi-generational family farms to transition from conventional to organic production.
At first, they struggled with the long-term planning, the complex execution, the detailed recordkeeping — all the headaches that come with figuring out how to run an organic operation on the fly. But they built up their agronomic knowledge – and they prospered.
Looking at their communities, they felt a responsibility to help more farmers benefit from the organic expertise they had developed. So they built MyFarm, and the platform has helped 100 family farms and counting create a brighter future and a profitable operation that can be passed down for many generations to come.

Bryce Irlbeck
AgriSecure Founder
Bryce is a fifth-generation farmer, entrepreneur, and client service advisor with a passion for rethinking farm production methods. He honed his organic agronomy skills with leading organic input providers and was mentored by some of the most experienced organic farmers in the U.S. He currently owns and operates B&B Irlbeck Farms, a large-scale organic row crop operation. He graduated from Iowa State University in Agronomy and Agribusiness. Bryce works with farmers in Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, and across the country.

Kenn Jenkins, CCA
Organic Consultant | Peak Ag Solutions
Kenn is a founder of Peak Ag Solutions, an independent organic consulting firm that has partnered with AgriSecure to leverage the MyFarm platform for farmers. Kenn is a certified crop advisor with a deep knowledge of agronomy and production practices for profitable organic farming. He holds a BASc with an emphasis in agronomy and soil science from Iowa State University. Kenn primarily works with farmers in Illinois, eastern Iowa, Indiana, and Minnesota.

Pete Kapustka
Organic Consultant | Peak Ag Solutions
Pete is founder of Peak Ag Solutions, an independent organic consulting firm that has partnered with AgriSecure to leverage the MyFarm platform for farmers. He is a fourth-generation farmer with agronomic expertise gained over 15+ years as a certified crop advisor and owner of Red Pill Organics. Pete holds a BS in Agricultural Business and Management from Iowa State University. He primarily works with farmers in western Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
